  • Can I return my order?

    Our customers continue to be our top priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the merchandise in its original condition(unopen), accompanied by the register receipt and packaging within 14 days of purchase receive exchange or store credit.
  • What do I need to return my order?

    You'll need the original receipt and a Valid ID (driver's license, military ID, state issued photo ID card), as name, address and signature are required for all returns.
  • What are the restrictions for return?

    Merchandise and clothing that is used or worn will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Select merchandise such as undergarments, breast pumps, pacifiers, bottles, etc. cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Returns of apparel require hang tags properly attached to the merchandise. Other restrictions may apply.
  • Products that are under cleareance/closeout pricing are final sale, no returns or exchanges accepted.

    Please notes that many retailers are subject to fraudulent return activity. Returns may also be limited or declined based upon our refund verification system, which is used to process and track returns to help administer our loss prevention program.   • What should I do if the item received is defective?

    Please notes that we are using 3rd party shipping company for our delivery. Kindly take a picture of the packaging slip and defective item, send it to us at enquiry@piyopiyo.com.my.   • What's the return procedure?

    • After obtaining a Return Authorization Number from the manufacturer, you can send the defective product back to the store along with the Return Authorization Number that was given.
    • Once the item is received by Piyo Piyo Malaysia, it will be inspected and a decision will be made regarding refund or exchange.
    • Piyo Piyo Malaysia must have all returned merchandise in our possession before a refund or exchange can be given.
